Which account should I choose?
Choose an individual account for a profile in your own name, social connections, finding work or offering your skills. Choose a business account to register a business or company and manage its team and operations in Unity.
Can I use FOUR16 for myself and my business?
Yes. With a personal account you can also create or join Unity workspaces. If you want a login dedicated to your business, register a separate business account with a different email address.
What is a Unity workspace?
It is your organization’s workspace inside FOUR16. It brings together its members, roles, channels, branches and enabled business systems. Choose the type of business you run, then configure the tools you need.
What happens after business sign-up?
You set your business name, address on FOUR16 and business type. After registration, you can configure your Unity workspace, invite your team and enable the systems available to your business.
Can a small business or sole trader join?
Yes. Use an individual account if you work under your own personal profile, or a business account if you want a dedicated workspace for your business. You can add team members as you grow.
Do individuals and businesses use the same sign-in?
Yes. Both use the Sign in page. Your account opens your personal home or your company’s Unity workspace, depending on the account you registered.
Is FOUR16 a social network too?
Yes. A personal account comes with a feed for posts and photos, stories for the moments that only matter today, reels for short video and Watch for longer clips by topic. It is the same account you use for work, so your profile, your people and your conversations stay in one place.
